Custom Orders or any other products designated as custom are non-returnable.

 

Caromal Colours will accept a return of the product for a refund of the purchase price, provided any such return is made within thirty (30) days, provided such products are returned in their original, unopened condition together with proof of purchase.  Due to health and safety standards Caromal Colours cannot accept returns of opened product.

 

The original shipping charges incurred on your purchase are not refundable as part of your return.  Caromal Colours reserves the right to refuse or limit the number of returns permitted without valid receipts.

 

Refunds are ordinarily processed by Caromal Colours within 10 Business days of products received at Caromal Colours, 13 East Main Street. Mechanicsburg PA 17055. It may take longer for the refund to be processed by your bank, credit card Company, or other financial institution. Caromal Colours shall not be liable for any costs or other liabilities associated with any delay by your bank, credit card Company, or other financial institution in processing your refund. Refunds will be issued to/in the original form of payment.
